By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use SteltonIQ.

3. Your content

You own your resume and profile data. You grant us a license to use it for delivering the service, which includes sending it to the third-party AI provider described in our Privacy Policy to generate your skill-gap analysis.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, spamming mentors, or misrepresenting your experience.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
